Kim Pyong-ho, artistic director and standing choreographer, has achieved great artistic achievements as an all-weather artist with numerous artistic experiences and various know-how. Starting as a member, he has achieved various achievements with the roles of guidance committee members, training grounds, and the choreography and performances of numerous works as a standing choreographer of Changwon and Cheongju Municipal Dance Company. In addition, as a professor at Northeast China Normal University and Gyeongju University, it is developing into a textbook for Korean dance by developing educator's capabilities and the Namdo Sogo Dance brand of Kim Pyong-ho, and is showing its capabilities through extensive activities.

The stage has been steadily expanded with choreography and production of dance, dance, opera, musical, theater, Changgeuk, and various festivals. It presents new visions, past, present, and future paradigms of Korean dance, and solidify art goals and values based on unbiased moderation.
